About Us

Dragon Manufacturing, LLC (the “Company”), is a California limited liability company formed as of April 24, 2023. The Company is a subsidiary of Hefei Longfa Packaging Co., Ltd. (the “Foreign Parent” or “Longfa”), a leading manufacturer of packaging materials based in China’s Anhui province, Heifei City. The Foreign Parent holds 51 percent of the ownership interest in the Company. The minority owner of the Company is Ms. Mojgan Sahbari, who has expertise in the technical specifications of the products to-be sold by the Company and has access to industry contacts to facilitate business development to wholesale customers. Ms. Sahbari is a principal of Komodo Fire Systems Inc., a California-based producer of wildfire prevention products.

The Company’s products include eco-friendly solutions for fire suppression and smoke-free, gel-based fire starters. The Company will leverage the production capabilities of the Foreign Parent to expand the rate of
production and reduce production costs. This capability combined with the technical and industry expertise of the minority owner will yield significant competitive advantages for the Company – particularly with respect to meeting the needs of wholesale customers.

The Company will produce fire suppression solutions used for pressurized aerosol sprays and gel-based, smokefree fire starter for indoor use.

Fire Suppression Solution

Water-based, non-toxic, biodegradable fire suppression solutions which can be used in pressurized aerosol cannisters. These cannisters are portable and are applicable in a variety of use cases, including by homeowners for fire prevention and public safety professionals.

Alternative Gel Fuel
The alternative gel fuel are made with post-industrial products, recycled packaging, and sustainable plant-based ingredients. The gel fuel solution offers a smoke-free, soot-free, and clean burning fireplace alternative that provides the same ambiance as traditional wood-burning fires but without the air quality compromise.
