Today, Mr. CongSheng Jin our CEO visited CHINA NEW ENERGY VEHICLE MANUFACTURING FACTORY in China to coordinate supporting business and promote our FIRE equipment products such as fire extinguishers and flame retardants to team
Identification of critical zones—battery pack assembly lines, cell aging rooms, charging validation bays, and finished vehicle staging areas. Alignment with GB (China National Standards), NFPA references (where applicable), and upcoming revisions impacting EV battery production safety protocols. Embedding smart extinguishing modules into automated production cells and integrating alarm signaling with the factory’s central control system (SCADA / MES). Adoption of low-toxicity, PFAS-free or reduced-fluorine extinguishing agents and recyclable cylinder materials. Joint development of operator drills, incident escalation workflow, and multilingual quick-response guides. Potential deployment of IoT-enabled detectors for abnormal heat signature monitoring and predictive maintenance alerts.
Intelligent Fire Extinguishers: Sensor-assisted units capable of detecting temperature spikes and sending early warning signals before manual activation.
Lithium-Ion Battery Area Suppression Systems: Clean-agent (e.g., FK-5-1-12 or inert gas) and condensed aerosol solutions designed to rapidly interrupt combustion chemistry while minimizing collateral equipment damage.
Modular Micro-Environment Units: Compact suppression cartridges installed inside battery pack enclosures or testing chambers.
Flame Retardant Coatings & Additives: Halogen-free formulas improving surface ignition resistance for cable trays, battery housings, and composite body parts.
Thermal Runaway Containment Panels: Passive barriers engineered to delay propagation between adjacent battery modules.
Smart Monitoring Platform: Cloud-enabled dashboard integrating alarm events, maintenance cycles, pressure telemetry, and compliance documentation.
